InViolet Repertory Theater has announced that Richard Masur is set to star in its upcoming world premiere production of Megan Hart’s This is Fiction, June 12-30 at Cherry Lane Studio Theatre. Shelley Butler will direct.
In This is Fiction, Amy, an aspiring young writer, is on the verge of having her first novel published, but before she does, she has to break the news to her family that it’s not entirely fiction.
The cast will also feature Bernardo Cubria, Aubyn Philabaum, and Michelle David.
The design team will include Lauren Helpern (set design), Les Dickert (lighting design), and Leon Rothenberg (sound design).
