Michael Laurence’s solo show, Krapp, 39, has once more extended its run at the Soho Playhouse, and will now close on August 2. George Demas directs.

Previously seen in New York as part of the New York International Fringe Festival, the work is inspired by Samuel Beckett’s Krapp’s Last Tape and deals with an actor examining his own quixotic life on his 39th birthday. Laurence’s recent New York credits include Desire Under the Elms, Two Rooms, Opus, and Talk Radio; his other stage credits include The Rainmaker and Humpty Dumpty.
