Idina Menzel to Join Adam Sandler in New Film Uncut Gems

Idina Menzel will costar in the new movie Uncut Gems, according to Deadline.
Written by Josh Safdie, Ben Safdie, and Ronald Bronstein, the film will also star Adam Sandler, Eric Bogosian, Lakeith Stanfield, and Judd Hirsch. The film follows a jewelry store owner (Sandler) with a gambling addiction who is juggling two relationships and escalating debts. Menzel will play Sandler's character's wife.
The film is being distributed in the United States by A24, with Netflix taking all international rights.
