Original Crazy for You star Harry Groener will take part in the upcoming 25th anniversary concert version of the Tony-winning Gershwin musical, to be presented by Manhattan Concert Productions. Groener, who originated the role of Bobby Child, will now take on the role of Bela Zangler. he will join previously announced Tony Award nominees Tony Yazbeck (Finding Neverland) and Laura Osnes (Cinderella), who will costar as Bobby Child and Polly Baker in the production. Five-time Tony Award winner Susan Stroman, who won a Tony Award for choreographing the show's original production, will direct. Further cast and creative team announcements will follow at a later date.

The concert will also welcome a chorus of 240 singers from across the United States, a professional cast and creative team, and the enlarged forces of the New York City Chamber Orchestra.

With music and lyrics by George Gershwin and Ira Gershwin, and book by Ken Ludwig, the romantic comedy follows Bobby Child, a banker who dreams of dancing in the follies. When he's sent to foreclose on a rundown theater in Nevada, he meets Polly Baker, the daughter of the theater's owner, who has vowed to get even.
