Quentin Maré, Kellie Overbey, Susan Pourfar et al. Set for Perry-Mansfield New Works Festival

Casting has been announced for the 14th Annual Perry-Mansfield New Works Festival, to be held in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, June 17-19. The festival will feature staged readings of new plays and a special dance presentation.

Plays will include Courtney Baron’s Eat Your Heart Out, directed by Michelle Bossy, and featuring Sam Lilja, Quentin Maré, Kellie Overbey, Susan Pourfar, and Nicole Spiezio; Octavio Solis’ Baby Girl, directed by Juliette Carillo, and featuring Michael Ray Escamilla, Vivia Font, Zilah Mendoza, and William Zielinski; Joe Tracz’s Boy Wonders, directed by Victor Maog, and featuring Matt D’Amico, John Early, Ian Hill, Quincy Dunn-Baker, Lucas Piercy, and Auden Thornton; and Chimera, conceived and created by Deborah Stein and Suli Holum, and performed by Holum.

The dance presentation will be choreographed by Kyle Abraham, and feature Abraham.In.Motion company members Chalvar Monteiro, Elyse Morris, Rachelle Rafailedes, and Hsiao-Jou Tang with student dancers John Durbin, Nehemiah Spencer, Ellie Swiatkiwsky, and Shacura Wade.
