Casting has been announced for Russell Boast’s GravityWorks, to run January 21 – February 25 at Cinespace in Hollywood. In addition to conceiving the piece, Boast serves as director of the production.
GravityWorks is a hybrid of comedy, vaudeville, concert, and performance cabaret. The standing company features Tad Coughenour, Paul Cuneo, Amanda Jaros, Carrie Lazar, Scott Leeds, Gina Manegio, Adam Marcinowski, Leslie Murphy, Ricky Rogers, and Nadia Wit. Chris Farzanrad, Fernanda Karolys, Keri Safran, and Casey Schuckett are also scheduled to appear in the production.
In addition, performances will include special guest appearances from Max, the Magnificent Performing Dog, occasional magicians, and other surprise guests. Musical direction for GravityWorks is by Grammy-nominated songwriter/performer Ellen Shipley, with Ralph Schuckett and Chris Horvath.
