Rumer Willis, Dancing With the Stars winner and daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, has delayed her upcoming Broadway debut as Roxie Hart in Chicago. Originally scheduled to appear in the production at the Ambassador Theatre August 18-October 11, she will now play a run September 14-November 1. Willis is currently recovering from multiple stress fractures to her foot. Dylis Croman will play Roxie in the interim.

Willis was last seen on the New York stage in Love, Loss and What I Wore. She has appeared on-screen opposite her mother in the films Striptease and Now and Then, and her television credits include Workaholics and Pretty Little Liars, among other shows. Her father, Bruce, will also make his Broadway debut later this year in the new stage production of Stephen King's Misery.

Featuring classic tunes by John Kander and Fred Ebb, Chicago tells the story of Roxie Hart, a nightclub dancer who murders her on-the-side lover after he threatens to walk out on her. Desperate to avoid conviction, she dupes the public, the media, and her rival cellmate, Velma Kelly, by hiring Chicago's slickest criminal lawyer to transform her crime into a barrage of sensational headlines.

The company currently includes Amy Spanger as Roxie Hart, Amra-Faye Wright as Velma Kelly, Ivan Hernandez as Billy Flynn, Raymond Bokhour as Amos Hart, NaTasha Yvette Williams as Matron "Mama" Morton, and R. Lowe as Mary Sunshine.
