Rocky Horror Revival to Release Broadway Cast Recording Featuring Original Cast

StarVista Music will release an original Broadway cast recording of Richard O’Brien’s The Rocky Horror Show, currently running at Studio 54 and directed by Tony Award winner Sam Pinkleton.

The album will be produced by seven-time Grammy Award nominee Robert Sher, The Rocky Horror Show’s music director Kris Kukul, and 27-time Tony winner John Gore, with Leo Schwartz, Sean Nyberg, and Paul Danforth serving as executive producers. The release date will be announced soon.

The album will feature the complete original Broadway cast for this production, including Rachel Dratch as Narrator, Andrew Durand as Brad, Luke Evans as Frank-N-Furter, Amber Gray as Riff Raff, Harvey Guillén as Eddie / Dr. Scott, Stephanie Hsu as Janet, Juliette Lewis as Magenta, Josh Rivera as Rocky, and Michaela Jaé Rodriguez as Columbia, as well as Renée Albulario, Anania, Boy Radio, Caleb Quezon, Andres Quintero, Larkin Reilly, Paul Soileau, and John Yi.

Starting tonight, August 25, Tony Award nominee Lorna Courtney as Janet, SAG Award winner and Grammy Award nominee Kevin McHale as Brad, Jimin Moon as Rocky, and George Salazar as Eddie/Dr. Scott all begin performances.

They join current cast members Paul Soileau as Frank-N-Furter (through September 10), Rachel Dratch, Amber Gray, Sherie Rene Scott as Magenta, Valentina as Columbia, Renée Albulario, Anania, Boy Radio, Tassy Kirbas, Caleb Quezon, Andres Quintero, Larkin Reilly, Paul Soileau, and John Yi.

Singer, songwriter, actor, and Grammy Award nominee Jake Shears joins the cast as Frank-N-Furter on September 11.
