Photos: Kristin Chenoweth Is the Queen as Versailles Opens on Broadway

The Queen of Versailles opened at the St. James Theatre on Broadway on November 9.

Directed by Michael Arden, with music and lyrics by Stephen Schwartz and a book by Lindsey Ferrentino, The Queen of Versailles stars Kristin Chenoweth and F. Murray Abraham, alongside Nina White, Tatum Grace Hopkins, Melody Butiu, Stephen DeRosa, Greg Hildreth, and Isabel Keating.

The company includes Yeman Brown, David Aron Damane, Drew Elhamalawy, Christopher Gurr, KJ Hippensteel, Cassondra James, Andrew Kober, Jesse Kovarsky, Pablo David Laucerica, Travis Murad Leland, Ryah Nixon, Shea Renne, Michael McCorry Rose, Grace Slear, Anne Fraser Thomas and Jake Bentley Young.

Based on Lauren Greenfield’s 2012 documentary film and the life stories of billionairs Jackie and David Siegel, The Queen of Versailles has music direction by Mary-Mitchell Campbell and choreography by Lauren Yalango-Grant and Christopher Cree Grant.
