PHOTO FLASH: Alan Cumming, Victoria Clark, Mary Beth Peil at The Morini Strad Opening

Primary Stages celebrated the opening night of its production of Willy Holtzman’s The Morini Strad on Tuesday, April 3 with a post-performance celebration at 48 Lounge.

Casey Childs directs the fact-based play, which features Mary Beth Peil as world-renowned violinist Erica Morini, Michael Laurence as her unlikely friend, violin maker and repairer Brian Skarstad, and violinist Hanah Stuart.

The real-life Skarstad was a guest at the party, along with Mary Bacon, Robert Cary, Kathleen Clark, Victoria Clark, Alan Cumming, Jamie deRoy, Penny Fuller, Zach Grenier, Barry Kleinbort, Tony LoBianco, Michele Lowe, Jonathan Tolins, and Evan Yionoulis.
