Georgia O’Keefe, a telefilm starring Tony Award winners Joan Allen and Jeremy Irons as the titular artist and her husband, photographer Alfred Steiglitz, will premiere on Lifetime on Saturday, September 19. The film is written by Pulitzer Prize winner Michael Cristofer and directed by Bob Balaban.
The film also features Tony winner Tyne Daly, along with Linda Emond and Henry Simmons.
Allen and Irons co-starred earlier this year in the Broadway play Impressionism. Allen won the Tony for Burn This and was nominated for The Heidi Chronicles; Irons won the Tony for The Real Thing.
