Oscar and Grammy Award winner Jennifer Hudson has joined the cast of the new Three Stooges movie, according to a report on Deadline.com. Peter and Bobby Farrelly are directing the project.
Hudson will play Sister Rosemary. The movie will also star Sean Hayes as Larry Fine, Will Sasso as Curly, and Chris Diamantopoulos as Moe. Jane Lynch will play the Mother Superior, and Craig Bierko will also be featured in the film.
Hudson won the Oscar for Dreamgirls. She appeared on the New York stage in the Actors Fund Benefit concert of Hair.
