Stage and screen star Samuel L. Jackson will host the BET Awards 12, to be aired live from the Historic Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles on Sunday, July 1.
Presents will include Tyler Perry, Quentin Tarantino, Jamie Foxx, Laz Alonzo, Kevin Hart, Taraji P. Henson, Meagan Good and Cedric the Entertainer
Among the artists nominated for BET Awards are stage veterans Angela Bassett, Don Cheadle, Viola Davis, and Usher.
Additional nominees include Beyonce, Mary J. Blige, Chris Brown, Kobe Bryant, Common, Jay-Z, Bruno Mars, Rihanna, Willow Smith, Kanye West, and many more.
