Broadway's Les Misérables Revival Finds a New Cosette

The upcoming Broadway revival of Les Misérables has found a new Cosette. Samantha Hill has been announced to take over for the previously announced Charlotte Maltby. Hill recently performed the role of Cosette in a Toronto production of the musical.

Previews for the revival begin March 1 at the Imperial Theatre, with an opening night scheduled for March 23.

The cast of the new production includes, as previously announced, Ramin Karimloo in his Broadway debut as Jean Valjean, Tony nominee Will Swenson (Hair) as Javert, Caissie Levy (Ghost) as Fantine, Tony winner Nikki M. James (The Book of Mormon) as Éponine, Andy Mientus (Smash) as Marius, Cliff Saunders (The 39 Steps) as Thénardier, Tony nominee Keala Settle (Hands on a Hardbody) as Madame Thénardier, and Kyle Scatliffe in his Broadway debut as Enjolras.

The ensemble includes, as previously announced, Erin Clemons, Joshua Colley, Emily Cramer, Natalie Charle Ellis, Jason Forbach, Heidi Giberson, Nathaniel Hackmann, Mia Sinclair Jenness, Andrew Kober, Gaten Matarazzo, Chris McCarrell, Melissa Mitchell, Dennis Moench, Adam Monley, Betsy Morgan, Angeli Negron, Melissa O’Neil, Max Quinlan, John Rapson, Terance Reddick, Arbender Robinson, Christianne Tisdale, Mckayla Twiggs, and Aaron Walpole.

Samantha Hill made her Broadway debut as Christine in The Phantom of the Opera.
