Bill Bailey’s Dandelion Wine to Play West End’s Wyndham’s Theatre

| New York City |

September 20, 2010

Bill Bailey’s new show, Dandelion Wine, will run from November 2-December 7 at Wyndham’s Theatre, according to Whatsonstage.com.

The show, which debuted this month at Leicester Square Theatre, combines Bailey’s trademark musical interludes (employing both modern and ancient instruments), observations, rants about celebrity, and personal anecdotes.

Amongst the topics covered are: being trapped by the volcanic ash cloud, creationism, Michael Winner, punk heroes, and Iranian hip-hop. The show also features Bailey singing an internet love song and playing a new French disco re-working of Gary Numan’s hit “Cars.”

Bailey’ s former West End credits include Tinselworm, Part Troll, and Pinter’s People.
