New York stage veteran Anna Paquin has become engaged to Stephen Moyer, who plays her boyfriend on the HBO series True Blood.
Paquin’s stage credits include The Glory of Living, which earned her a Theatre World Award, The Distance from Here, which earned her a Drama Desk Award, Roulette, and After Ashley.
At age 11, Paquin won the Oscar for The Piano. Her other film and television credits include Amistad, Hurlyburly, The Member of the Wedding,All the Rage, The Squid and the Whale and the X-Men series, in which she plays Rogue.
She received a 2007 Emmy Award nomination and a 2007 Golden Globe Nomination for Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee and won the 2008 Golden Globe Award for True Blood.
