Everett produced such shows as Avenue Q, In The Heights, The Drowsy Chaperone, Irving Berlin’s White Christmas, and State Fair, among many others.
He is survived by his wife, Toni, son Anthony Mark Everett, and daughter Henderson Everett Lee.
