Cardinal Dolan, Archbishop of New York, blessed the camels, sheep, and donkey that will be featured in the Radio City Christmas Spectacular's living nativity before they entered Radio City Music Hall for their first day of rehearsals.

In addition to the living nativity, this year's show will feature a new finale, "Christmas Lights," which will follow the iconic "Living Nativity" scene. As the North Star appears, aerialists will fly across the stage as drones form various shapes and patterns surrounding Santa Claus. The Rockettes will then be revealed as they perform new choreography in new costumes.

The grand-finale sequence is directed by Tony nominee Sam Buntrock (Sunday in the Park With George), with new digital productions from Obscura Digital and costumes by Emilio Sosa.

Performances will run November 9-January 1.
