BroadwayHD announced that it will be bringing a slate of West End theater productions to its on-demand streaming service, becoming the first site of its kind to do so.

Its initial offerings include the Julian Fellows-George Stiles-Anthony Drewe musical adaptation of The Wind in the Willows on November 23, Tim Rice's From Here to Eternity on December 7, and Mike Kenny's play adaptation of The Railway Children on December 14. More West End productions will be announced in the coming weeks.

The addition of West End theater to its service comes on the heels of its recent deals with Amazon and Ericsson to expand the reach of its content.
