The York Theatre Company’s developmental lab production of the new musical Last Dance is now in rehearsal. Philip Wm. McKinley directs the musical, which will be presented September 20-23 at the Theatre at Saint Peter’s.

Last Dance features a book by Shaun McKenna and score by the late disco songwriter Paul Jabara, spotlighting songs made famous by Whitney Houston, Barbra Streisand, The Weather Girls, and Donna Summer. Choreography is by Carol Schuberg and musical direction by Wendy Cavett.

Emmy Award nominee Rob Morrow is featured in the cast, which also includes Katrina Lenk, Anastacia McClesky, Jack Noseworthy, and Jill Shackner.
