A TLC jukebox musical and new versions of Damn Yankees and Pal Joey are on tap for the 75th anniversary season at Arena Stage.

Damn Yankees, with book by George Abbott and Douglass Wallop and score by Richard Adler and Jerry Ross, will run September 9-November 9. This new production, directed and choreographed by Sergio Trujillo, will feature a “gently retooled” script by Will Power and Doug Wright, with additional lyrics by Lynn Ahrens.

Rodgers and Hart’s Pal Joey will run January 30-March 15. This new adaptation, with book by Richard LaGravenese, additional material by Daniel “Koa” Beaty, codirection by Tony Goldwyn, and codirection and choreography by Savion Glover, was first seen at New York City Center in 2023.

Kwame Kwei-Armah writes and directs CrazySexyCool — The TLC Musical, June 12-August 9, 2026. With songs including “Waterfalls,” “Creep,” “Unpretty,” and “No Scrubs,” it will tell the story of how Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins, Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes, and Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas became Grammy-winning superstars.

Additional titles include Reggie D. White’s Fremont Ave. (October 8-November 23); Step Afrika!’s Magical Musical Holiday Step Show (December 5-21); Lawrence and Lee’s Inherit the Wind (February 27-April 5); Lameece Issaq’s A Good Day to Me Not to You (March 27-May 3); Christopher Chen’s The Motion (May 6-June 14); and My Joy Is Heavy by The Bengsons (summer 2026).

Complete details about each production will be announced in the coming months.
