Chess Tony nominee Nicholas Christopher will be the next Bobby Darin in Just in Time, starting November 10 at Broadway’s Circle in the Square Theatre.

Christopher most recently played Anatoly in Chess, receiving star-making reviews. Prior to that, he played both Pirelli and Sweeney in the 2023 revival of Sweeney Todd,

A fantasy nightclub act that allows Bobby Darin to tell his own story (and those around him to occasionally step in and correct the record), Just in Time features the songs he made famous, like “Dream Lover,” “Mack the Knife,” and “Splish Splash.” It features a book by Warren Leight and Isaac Oliver. The musical was developed by Alex Timbers, who directed the production.

Jeremy Jordan, who took over the role of Darin earlier this year, plays his final performance October 18, as will Carrie St. Louis, who plays Sandra Dee. You can read TheaterMania’s review of Just in Time, starring Jordan and St. Louis, here.

Matthew Morrison rejoins the company October 20-November 8. Whitney Leavitt will join the company as Sandra Dee beginning Tuesday, December 1, 2026.
