Lynn Cohen will star in the world premiere of Rivka Bekerman-Greenberg’s Eavesdropping on Dreams. Barefoot Theatre Company will present the play Off-Broadway at the Cherry Lane Studio Theatre, April 20-May 20, with an opening on April 29. Ronald Cohen will direct.
The play is about three generations of women in one family and their struggles with coming to terms with the aftermath of the Holocaust.
The cast will also feature Stephanie Roth Haberle, Mike Shapiro, Aidan Koehler, and Christopher Whalen. The previously announced Jake Robards has withdrawn from the production.
The design team will include Niluka Hotaling (set design), Eric Nightengale (lighting design), Victoria Malvagno (costume design), and Adam Stone (sound design).
