The former Drama Desk Award nominator will be feted at the Metropolitan Room.
A host of Broadway favorites will pay tribute to theater journalist Barbara Siegel on January 27 during a pair of concerts at the Metropolitan Room.
The list of performers at the 7pm show is scheduled to include Tony winners Chuck Cooper (Amazing Grace), Judy Kaye (Nice Work If You Can Get It), Beth Leavel (The Drowsy Chaperone), Drama Desk nominees Stephen Bogardus (Passion), Robert Cuccioli (Rothschild and Sons), Lisa Howard (It Shoulda Been You), Karen Mason (Mamma Mia!), Luba Mason (Pretty Filthy), Jeff McCarthy (Southern Comfort), Jenny Powers (Grease), Ryan Silverman (Side Show), and Mary Testa (First Daughter Suite).
The 9:30pm performance is set to welcome Tony nominee Josh Young (Amazing Grace), Drama Desk winner Jim Brochu (Character Man), and Drama Desk nominees Christina Bianco (Application Pending), John Bolton (Dames at Sea), Alison Fraser (Love Therapy), Jason Graae (Hello Muddah, Hello Fadduh), Julia Murney (Wicked), Emily Skinner (Prince of Broadway), and Bob Stillman (Songbird).
For 18 years, Siegel served as a nominator for the Drama Desk, with 12 years leading the team as chairperson. She has also served as a nominator for the Outer Critics Circle. The concerts will be produced by Siegel's husband, Scott Siegel, and will benefit the Actor's Fund.
