Its such a good show, that I left the theater thinking that I cant wait to see it again. The music is incredible. Yes, it lives up to the hype. If you can only see one musical this year...this is the one.
Wicked is a clever and funny musical. It brings things up from the Wizard Of Oz you would never thing about! Not only does it have great spectacle, music, and comedy but it has a fantastic story. No matter if your 6 or 96 you will enjoy this show! No matter if your a Wizard Of Oz fan or just a theatre fan you will love this amazing piece! This is a must see!
This was a fabulous show! The story was very imaginative and the music was amazing! Elphaba was played by Nicole Parker who has the most beautiful voice Ive heard on Broadway in a while. Alli Mauzey plays a very entertaining GAH-linda, she is funny, touching and also has an amazing voice. I waited 6 months to see it and it did not dissapoint. Totally worth the hype. The Gershwin theater is the nicest theater to see a play in also.
