Stage and screen veteran Leslie Jordan will play a character called “Reverend Bob” on an episode of the Fox comedy Raising Hope set to air on October 16, according to TVGuide.
The episode will find characters Jimmy (Lucas Neff) and Sabrina (Shannon Woodward) visiting a couples retreat presided over by Jordan’s unconventional spiritual leader.
Jordan’s upcoming stage production Fruit Fly, will play the Cherry Lane Theatre from September 20-22. He has been seen on stage in Lucky Guy and My Trip Down the Pink Carpet. He is best known for his Emmy Award-winning -performance as Beverley Leslie on the sitcom Will & Grace.
