Kristin Chenoweth will sing the national anthem at the NFC Championship Game between the New York Giants and the San Francisco 49ers, according to the star’s Facebook page. The game will be held on Sunday, January 22 at Candlestick Park in San Francisco and broadcast on FOX at 6:30pm (ET).
Chenoweth won a Tony Award for You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown and has also starred on Broadway in Wicked and Promises, Promises. The actress won an Emmy Award for her portrayal of Olive Snook in Pushing Daisies and received an Emmy Award nomination for her portrayal of April Rhodes on Glee. She currently can be seen on ABC’s Good Christian Belles.
