Jake Ehrenreich’s A Jew Grows in Brooklyn is set to premiere in Chicago at North Shore Center for the Performing Arts in Skokie, November 5-9.
The solo show follows Ehrenreich’s life, the son of Holocaust survivors growing up in 1960’s Brooklyn who wanted nothing more than
to be an American. Using music, humor, multimedia video, and photographs Ehrenreich retells his first generation immigrant story.
