Ensemble Theatre Company has announced casting for Barry Keating and Stuart Ross’ Starmites, to run April 23-May 9 at the Miles Memorial Playhouse. Steve Edlund will direct and design the production, which will feature musical direction by Michael Alfera and choreography by Edlund and Lili Fuller.
The musical focuses on a young woman, who dreams her way into a comic book adventure and finds that it’s up to her to save the galaxy.
The company will feature Marisa Esposito, Michael Joyce, Thomas Krottinger, Matthew McFarland, Riana Nelson, Jessica Perlman, Jonah Priour, Jen Reiter, Raquel Sandler, Natalie Storrs, and Donald Webber, Jr.
The creative team includes Phil Kong (lighting design) and Sean Kranz (sound design), along with Fuller who also serves as costume designer.
