Ensemble Studio Theatre has extended its run of Paul Cameron Hardy's Mope through February 19. The production is directed by R.J. Tolan.

The work is described in press notes with the following: "'MOPE': /mōp/ (noun): The lowest-level male performer in the adult film industry. An anonymous stunt-penis. The guy in that porno you watched who was wearing sunglasses and socks. A dreamer. Example: 'Trevor is a mope.' "

The cast features J. Stephen Brantley, R.J. Brown, Hollye Hudson, Eric Miller, Jennifer Tsay, and Megan Tusing.

Ensemble Studio Theatre presents the work with Youngblood, its collective of emerging professional playwrights under the age of 30.
