Updated casting has been announced for the upcoming 20th Century Fox film, Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, according to Variety. Timur Bekmambetov will direct and co-produce the picture with Tim Burton and Jim Lemley.
Adapted by Seth Graham-Smith from his novel, the film is about Lincoln battling the undead during the Civil War era. In addition to the previously reported Benjamin Walker as Lincoln and Dominic Cooper as Henry Sturges, who mentors Lincoln in vampire hunting, the cast will feature Broadway veterans Anthony Mackie and Alan Tudyk, along with Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Jimmi Simpson, and Robin McLeavy.
