The complete cast and creative team has been announced for Manhattan Concert Productions' concert performance of the Tony Award-nominated musical The Scarlet Pimpernel on February 18 at David Geffen Hall. Director Gabriel Barre and music director Jason Howland will reunite to lead the cast and creative team.

With music by Frank Wildhorn and lyrics and book by Nan Knighton, The Scarlet Pimpernel is based on Baroness Orczy's famous 20th-century novel of the same name. It tells the story of an English nobleman, Sir Percy Blakeney, who adopts a secret identity to battle the forces of evil during the Reign of Terror of the French Revolution. The musical made its Broadway debut at the Minskoff Theatre on November 9, 1997, and ran through January 2, 2000, closing at the Neil Simon Theatre.

Tony Yazbeck will take on the role of Percy, with Laura Osnes as Marguerite, Norm Lewis as Chauvelin, Corey Cott as Armand, Dana Costello as Marie, and Drew Gehling as Prince of Wales/Robespierre. They will be joined by newly announced cast members Ashley Blanchet, TyNia Brandon, Alysha Deslorieux, Kevin Duda, John Treacy Egan, Ashley Loren, Alex Newell, Eliseo Roman, Sara Sheperd,
Yasmeen Sulieman, and Chris Dwan.

The creative team includes Caite Hevner (set design), Jason Kantrowitz (lighting design), Dave Horowitz (sound design), and Heather C. Jackson (costume design).
