ABC will air the final episode of All My Children on September 23, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The daytime drama, which debuted on the network in January 5, 1970, centers on the lives of the residents of fictional Pine Valley. Among the stage veterans who currently appear on the show are Susan Lucci, who has played the role of Erica Kane since the show’s inception, as well as Ricky Paull Goldin, Michael T. Knight, Cameron Mathison, Darnell Williams, and Jacob Young.
As previously reported, ABC will air the final episode of another daytime show, One Life to Live, in January.
