Radio City Music Hall's New York Spring Spectacular will premiere its opening number at this year's NBA All-Star Game, to be held February 15 at Madison Square Garden and broadcast live on TNT. Mia Michaels, whose work can be seen in the upcoming musical Finding Neverland, choreographs the number, which features the Rockettes dancing to Taylor Swift's "Welcome to New York."

Directed and choreographed by Warren Carlyle, and overseen by creative directors Diane Paulus and Randy Weiner, New York Spring Spectacular begins performances at Radio City on March 12 and runs through May 3. Joshua Harmon writes the script, which tells the story of a New York City tour guide at risk of losing his job when a billionaire CEO buys the tour company and plans to take it virtual.

Tony Award winner Laura Benanti (Nashville) leads the cast as CEO Jenna, alongside Lenny Wolpe (Bullets Over Broadway) as tour guide Bernie, Derek Hough (Dancing With the Stars) as Jack, and Jared Grimes (After Midnight) as Marshall, Jenna's right-hand man. The production will also feature Bella Thorne as the voice of the Alice in Wonderland Statue, Whoopi Goldberg voicing the Statue of Liberty, and celebrity cameos by Carmelo Anthony, Donald Trump, Martha Stewart, and Henrik Lundqvist, among others.

MSG Entertainment produces New York Spring Spectacular with Weinstein Live Entertainment.
