Tony Award and Emmy Award winner Blythe Danner will guest star on NBC’s new sitcom Up All Night, as the mother of series star Christina Applegate, according to Deadline.com.
The show stars Applegate and Will Arnett as overwhelmed new parents and Maya Rudolph as Applegate’s boss.
Danner won the Tony for Butterflies Are Free, and her many stage credits include Betrayal, Follies, and Moonlight. She received Emmy Awards for her work on Huff and Will & Grace, as well as nominations for Back When We Were Grownups and We Were The Mulvaneys.
