Jerry Seinfeld will produce a new stage adaptation of Ted L. Nancy's Letters From a Nut at the Geffen Playhouse. The show will run June 23-July 30.

Inspired by Nancy's book series of prank letters and their responses, the production is presented as part of the Geffen's Spotlight Entertainment Series. Written by Nancy, who will star with Beth Kennedy and Sam Kwasman, the production is directed by Pierre Balloón.

The first book in the Letters From a Nut series was published in 1997 with an introduction by Seinfeld. The series includes More Letters From a Nut, Extra Nutty! Even More Letters From a Nut, and several other titles.

This production has scenic and lighting design by Daniel Ionazzi, dramaturgy by Phyllis Murphy, video by Carolla Digital, and illustrations by Alan Marder.
