Rafta, Rafta tells the story of two Anglo-Indian families in London joined by the marriage of their children. The cast will feature Sarita Choudhury, Ranjit Chowdhry, Sean T. Krishnan, Alison Wright, Alok Tewari, Reshma Shetty, Manish Dayal, Satya Bhabha, Utkarsh Ambudkar, and Sakina Jaffrey.

Khan-Din is the author of East is East, which was presented by the New Group in 1999. As an actor, he is best known for portraying Sammy in the 1987 film, Sammy and Rosie Get Laid. Rafta, Rafta recently earned an Olivier Award nomination for its run at the National Theatre.

The New Group is currently presenting Mike Leigh's Two Thousand Years, which has extended its limited engagement by 2 weeks, with the final performance now set for March 22.
