Fiddler on the Roof, Drowsy Chaperone, A Chorus Line Part of Marriott Theatre’s 2010 Season

The Marriott Theatre in Lincolnshire, Illinois, has announced the details of its 35th Anniversary season. During the course of 2010, the theater will present five diverse musicals.

The season will begin with a production of Fiddler on the Roof (February 17 – April 25), directed by David H. Bell. Marc Robin’s staging of The Drowsy Chaperone follows, running April 28 – June 27. The third entry in the theater’s 2010 season will be Stephen Flaherty and Lynn Ahrens’ Once on this Island (June 30 – August 29). A Chorus Line (September 1 – October 31) and The Music Man (November 3 – January 9, 2011) will round out the year at the theater.

Three productions are still to come from the theater in 2009. The Light in the Piazza continues through September 20. After this the theater will produce Hairspray (September 23 – December 6), and then, it will offer My Fair Lady (December 9 – February 14).
