The Chicago production of Love, Loss, and What I Wore, at the Broadway Playhouse, has extended its run, and will now play through December 4.

In addition, All My Children‘s Taylor Miller will join the company on October 25, while Loreta Swit — perhaps best known for her role as Margaret “Hot Lips” Houlihan on M*A*S*H — will join the company on November 8. Additional casting will be announced at a later date.

The show, which is written by Nora and Delia Ephron and directed by Karen Carpenter, is based on the best-selling book by Ilene Beckerman, as well as on the recollections of the Ephrons’ friends. It uses clothing and accessories and the memories they trigger to tell funny and often poignant stories that all women can relate to.
