John Doyle's revival of The Color Purple, which originated at London's Menier Chocolate Factory in 2013, will officially open on Broadway on December 10. But the cast, which includes Cynthia Erivo, Oscar and Grammy winner Jennifer Hudson, Danielle Brooks, and more, are already blowing the roof off the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre, as evidenced in the video below:
