Under the Radar 2026 to Feature Works by Elizabeth Marvel, Tina Satter, Elevator Repair Service, and More

Under the Radar announced the full lineup of over 30 productions for the festival’s 21st edition, taking place January 7-25 at venues across New York City.

Select titles from this year’s lineup include the following:

Roger Guenveur Smith’s In Honor of Jean-Michel Basquiat (January 7-18 at New York Theatre Workshop); The Ford/Hill Project by Lee Sunday Evans and Elizabeth Marvel (January 7-11 at La MaMa); the Mabou Mines production of Beckett’s All That Fall, directed by JoAnne Akalaitis (January 8-17 at Mabou Mines); and Tina Satter and Half Straddle’s Petra (January 8-12 at Park Avenue Armory).

In addition, Elevator Repair Service and the Public Theater will present its new staging of James Joyce’s Ulysses, told in just two-and-a-half hours (January 14-24).
