The Kennedy Center’s children’s musical The Phantom Tollbooth will go on a 58-city tour from September 30-April 21, beginning at Washington D.C.’s Atlas Performing Center.
The show is based on the book by Norman Juster, and features a score by Sheldon Harnick and Arnold Black, and is adapted by Harnick and Juster. It will be directed and choreographed by Karma Camp and co-directed by Tim McDonald.
The cast features David McLellan, Carolyn Agan, Jonathan Atkinson, LC Harden, Jr., Jeffery L. Peterson, Lindsay Roberts, and Margo Siebert. The creative team will feature Jim Krozner (sets), Rosemary Pardee (costumes), Colin K. Bills (lighting), Ryan Rumery (sound), and Derek Bowley (music direction).
