Broadway's The Band's Visit has added a Special Benefit Performance for the Actors Fund, to be held on Sunday, February 25, at 7:30pm at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre.

Based on Eran Kolirin's 2007 film, The Band's Visit is written by Itamar Moses and David Yazbek with direction by David Cromer. The musical tells the story of the Alexandria Ceremonial Police Band, which lands in Israel and is inadvertently sent in the wrong direction. Soon, the band finds itself in a small settlement in the heart of the Negev desert with no transportation going out until morning and no hotel in sight.

Katrina Lenk and Tony Shalhoub star as Dina and Tewfiq, respectively, reprising their roles from the original Atlantic Theater Company production alongside fellow Atlantic cast members John Cariani (Itzik), Ari'el Stachel (Haled), George Abud (Camal), Andrew Polk (Avrum), Bill Army (Zelger), Rachel Prather (Julia), Jonathan Raviv (Sammy), Sharone Sayegh (Anna), Kristen Sieh (Iris), and Alok Tewari (Simon).

Joining the cast for the Broadway mounting is Etai Benson as Papi and Adam Kantor as Telephone Guy, along with Pomme Koch, Madison Micucci, Ahmad Maksoud, and James Rana. Musicians include Andrea Grody, Alexandra Eckhardt, Ossama Farouk, Philip Mayer, Sam Sadigursky, Jeff Theiss, Harvey Valdes, and Garo Yellin.

Through offices in New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago, the Actors Fund serves everyone in film, theater, television, music, opera, radio, and dance with programs including social services and emergency financial assistance, health care and insurance counseling, housing, and secondary employment, and training services.
