Sofia Vergara will host the April 7 episode of NBC’s Saturday Night Live, according to published reports. The music guests for the show that evening will be the British band One Direction.
Vergara has played Matron “Mama” Morton in Broadway’s Chicago. She may be best known for her Emmy and Golden Globe Award nominated portrayal of Gloria Delgado-Pritchett on ABC’s Modern Family.
