Slanted Floors, Starring Kyle Beltran and Adam Chanler-Berat, Announces Return Engagement

Following two sold-out engagements for an original production limited to six audience members per performance, Slanted Floors, created by Billy McEntee and directed by Ryan Dobrin, has announced a reimagined, return engagement.

The expanded engagement is in a performance space for 30 audience members in the Astor Place Theatre building. The show runs October 20-November 15, with an official opening night on November 2.

Original cast members Drama Desk Award nominee Kyle Beltran and Lortel Award nominee Adam Chanler-Berat reprise their performances. Chanler-Berat plays Kaplan and Beltran plays Teddy, characters who live in a rent-controlled apartment downtown where they work, gossip, and dream. The audience is invited into their home.

The original returning production team includes Nick Auer (lighting and co-sound designer), Dan Kuan Peeples (video and co-sound designer), Isabelle Chirls (associate director), Damayanti Wallace (production stage manager), and Caitlin Bebb (artwork designer). Joining the creative team are Clint Ramos (scenic and costume designer) and Samantha Shoffner (set decorator and props design).
