Pan Asian Repertory Theatre Hosts 39th Anniversary Gala

Pan Asian Repertory Theatre held its 39th anniversary gala on Monday, March 21, at the Copacabana.
The 39th Anniversary Gala Legacy Honoree was Tina Chen, a Drama Desk-, Golden Globe-, and Emmy Award-nominated performer who has acted in and directed numerous Pan Asian productions. The Advocacy Honoree was Karen K. Narasaki, a civil rights activist and media diversity advocate. The event was emceed by Broadway and Pan Asian veterans, Raul Aranas and Ron Nakahara.
The evening’s proceeds benefit Pan Asian Repertory’s continuing commitment to Asian-American artistic advancement.
