On the Boards is set to present the Seattle premiere of Gob Squad’s Kitchen (You’ve Never Had It So Good), September 27-30 at the Merrill Wright Mainstage Theater.
In this production by the ingenious and inventive group of UK and German artists known as Gob Squad, it’s 1965 in NYC and everything is about to happen. Pop, subculture, superstars, feminism, drugs, bright lights, and sex are about to rock the world like never before.
In related news, On the Boards has announced Studio Suppers, a new series of family-style meals on select opening nights throughout the season, with a portion of the profits going to a charity of the chef’s choice.
