The Gay and Lesbian Entertainment Critics Association has announced the winners of the organization’s Dorian Awards.
The film Beginners, 50/50 and We Were Here, and the TV shows American Horror Story and Modern Family took top honors in their categories.

Meryl Streep won “Film Performance of the Year” for The Iron Lady, while Jessica Lange won “TV Performance of the Year” for her work in American Horror Story.
Michael Fassbender, who was also nominated for “Film Performance of the Year” for Shame won the “We’re Wilde About You Rising Star Award” and Kathy Griffin was named “Wilde Wit of the Year.”
