Josh Gad, who received a Tony Award nomination for originating the role of Elder Cunningham in The Book of Mormon, has joined the film cast of The Internship. Shawn Levy directs.
Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson star in the film, about two middle-aged men trying to reinvent their dead-end careers by starting at the bottom. Gad plays Headphones, described as “an anti-social engineer at the tech firm where Vaughn and Wilson are interning.”
The film cast also features the previously reported stage and television star Aasif Mandvi, along with JoAnna Garica and Jessica Szohr.
