Jeff Blumenkrantz, Kate Wetherhead, and John Kuether will join Tony Award winner Shuler Hensley, Malcolm Gets, and Lisa Brescia for The Sky Is Not Falling, a benefit concert for Milwaukee’s Skylight Opera Theatre, to be held at New York City’s St. Luke’s Theatre, on October 5 at 8pm.
The concert will feature a mix of classic and contemporary musical theater and opera, and include new music by composers Schmidt, James Valcq, Mark Adamo, Josh Rosenblum, and Brett Ryback.
Additional participants will include Nathaniel Stampley, Joel Hatch, Francesca Zambello, Beverly Ward, James Moye, William Burden, Phyllis Somerville, Tari Kelly, Benjamin Howes, Jennifer Swiderski, Tom Ford, Niffer Clarke, Branch Woodman, Benjamin Cannon, Richard Carsey, Wendy Hill, Brandon Wood, Danielle Hermon, Katie Sina, Michael Deleget, Chris Briggs Young, Liz Baltes, Malkia Stampley, Kate McCann, and Joanne Lessner.
